🔒 This website has the right to record your IP address. We save it when you open the site, when you sign up or log in, and when someone tries to hack the site (like opening developer tools or viewing the code), and we use it to ban hackers.
The games, art, code and the name "Ethan's Games" belong to ethanfahed.com. You can play and have fun, but you can't copy, download or post them anywhere else without asking us first.
Your IP address is the number the internet uses to find your device. We save it:
Along with it we save which page you were on, what kind of browser you use, your device's time zone and language, the time, and your username if you are signed in. Visits are kept for 90 days. Sign-ups, hacking attempts and bans are kept until we remove them.
Only the site's owner can see this. We use it to keep the site safe and to ban hackers, and we never sell it. The services that run the site, Cloudflare (which delivers it) and Google Analytics (which counts visits), also see your IP address under their own rules.
Hacking this site is not allowed. That includes opening developer tools, viewing or saving the code, and the shortcut keys for them (like F12 or Ctrl+U).
If you try, you get rick rolled, we record your IP address, and it is banned right away.
We can ban any IP address or account at any time, and unban it. A banned address can't log in, save scores or play online, and gets sent to the "banned" page.
One IP address can be shared by a whole home or school, so a ban can affect everyone on it. If you think you were banned by mistake, email us.
We can add, change or remove games and accounts, and change these rights at any time. The version on this page is the one that counts.
